Decent and Comfortable
- Lovely location. - Room Space for the Cozy Double Room was decent. Lots of space to store in luggage. - Comfortable beds and pillows.
- Did not like the check-in experience. The guy in the counter was a bit off, not welcoming at all. We were a bit early for the standard check-in time (15:00 / 3:00 PM) but out of the four rooms I booked (also requested for all rooms to be together in one floor since we're a big family with seniors and kids), one room was ready, which was understandable. So we had to wait in the receiving area. When I followed up around 14:30 / 2:30 PM, the same guy said the rooms are still not available and that the rooms are still being cleaned. He kept on mentioning that the standard check-in time is 15:00 / 3:00 PM. So okay, decided to wait again. When it was already 15:00 / 3:00 PM, the guy informed me again that the rooms are still not ready, and that if we wanted to stay all on the same floor, we need to wait more. We ended up getting rooms on different floors. If you're very strict with the check-in time with your visitors, be sure to comply and have the rooms ready on the standard time you follow as well. Don't let visitors wait only to end up with not yet cleaned rooms. - Room Space for the Urban Twin or Urban Double Rooms are very limited. - Carpet was not thoroughly cleaned. - If you're a big group who will be assigned to different floors, you won't be able to access the different floors. Say your room is on the 8th floor, your key card will only let you access the 8th floor. Hence, in our case, we were assigned to the 8th, 13th and 15th floors. We cannot check on each other, especially we have kids and seniors, since our access if very limited.

had a pleasant time staying here
The location is a bit far from the train or bus station, however, the room design is outstanding. My family was very pleased with the reserved room. The amenity was well-prepared as well as the cleaning service. The hotel locates in the shopping center, so there are plenty of restaurants and convenience store. The front desk staff who welcome us is amiable and kind. All staff are fluent in English.
The sound from outside of the building might be less distracting, but the neighbor room can be heard despite our room locating at the furthest corner. Another concern is the receptionist who serviced us for check-out is quite furious and curt, short of sleep?
